Our founder and head chef, Chu Joshua, has been an avid cook since he was seven years old, frequently helping out in his household kitchen. He subsequently decided to pursue his studies in Hotel Management at one of the world’s leading hospitality schools, the prestigious Les Roches in Switzerland.

 

At the age of 21, he launched his own café at Empire Shopping Gallery and then pivoted into a catering service, which has been his forte for the past 10 years.

 

Today, he is the founder of Joshijosh Enterprise, which not only provides catering services, but also events styling and coordination. Backed with a strong portfolio of countless satisfied customers including multinational corporate clients, Joshua continues to lead the company towards success and team unity!
